Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 150g pancetta or bacon, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 large eggs
- 50g grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the pancetta or bacon and cook until crispy and golden brown.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Pecorino Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the frying pan with the pancetta or bacon, off the heat. Toss well to combine and evenly distribute the fat.
5. Pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti and toss quickly to coat the pasta. The heat from the pasta will cook the eggs and create a creamy sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley if desired. Enjoy!
