Ingredients:
- 2 lbs (900 g) cream cheese
- 1 cup (200 g) sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream
- 1/4 cup (30 g) all-purpose flour
- Graham cracker crust

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
3. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until well combined.
4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until fully incorporated.
6. Gradually add the flour and mix until the batter is smooth.
7. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
8. Smooth the top with a spatula.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
10. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional 1 hour.
11. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
12. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
